VBS 2012 will be hosted by Simpson UMC June 25-29 and is open to all area children - you need not be a member! Registration begins May 1 and ends May 31.
 

Filled with song, praise, crafts, Bible encounters and small and large group activities, VBS is a rockin’ happenin’ week!  Vacation Bible School is a much-anticipated annual summer event at Simpson, which joins with several other local churches of different denominations to focus on children’s Christian ministry for a week each summer.

 

Preschoolers attend mornings and school age children attend a full day, generally 9-3.  Cost for campers is $20 per child with a $40 maximum for immediate family.  Middle and high schoolers join us as small group helpers and everyone grows in their knowledge and understanding of their place in God’s kingdom.  To learn more, contact the church office at 332.5212.  Click here for registration forms. 

 

Each year the children invite their families to a potluck dinner to show what they have learned during the week. This year the potuck will be held at Simpson on Thursday, June 28 at 5:30 pm.  Everyone involved with VBS is encouraged to bring their families and food to share to this celebration of a great week of songs, crafts, Bible lessons and summer fun.  Beverages, utensils, plates, etc. provided.
